it's my birthday today. it feels weird, but oh well.
i'm finally 16,, and i can start my drivers co0urse now but i'm pretty scared too for 2 reasons
1- the covid cases keep going up where i live
2- i'm terrified of driving
but,, oh well. i'll figure it out.

i put on fake nails yesterday, and they are so fun but also how am i supposed to do anything. help.
but its a fair price to pay in order to be hot so-

for the past few weeks -it might've even been a month idk- i've been watching Yu-Gi-Oh and omghjdsbgfkabsldeugfbakdbvb i love it sm sm !!!
its all i can think about and omg its literally so good and why tf did it almost make me cry in one episode
i've become a bit obsessed with it, but that's fine :)

oh also also. i read a whole book in 28 days and omg i'm so proud of myself. it was also a really swag book so yeah.

and now i'm rereading Good Omens because its also a swag book

now, as a gift here is the beginning of something i started writing like, 30 minutes ago.

I woke up, and I could already tell that I slept in because of the warm feeling of sunlight on my face. But it was comforting, so I laid there for a moment longer, soaking in the warm pleasant feeling. I reached to the side of the bed only to find it empty. Confused, I sat up and rubbed sleep out of my eyes. Looking around the room I saw my lover in an armchair, looking up at me from the book in his hands.

“Good morning, Lestat,” he said warmly, his expression one of love. He looked marvelous, his dark hair falling neatly onto his shoulders, his open shirt exposing his chest.

“Good morning,” I said, still half asleep.

“Did you sleep well?” he asked. I hummed a yes as I got out of bed and walked over to him. I delivered a quick kiss to his forehead, then walked over to pick out my clothes.

I got changed out of my cotton bedclothes and into black satin pants and a silk shirt, all the while I could feel Nicolas’ gaze on me. I strode over to the back of his chair and put my arms around him in an embrace.

“You're being very affectionate this morning,” Nicolas noted, placing the book down on the table in front of him.

“I woke up to an empty bed,” I whined, but he simply laughed.

“I’m sorry I couldn’t stay in bed with you, but you slept in too late,” Nicolas replied.

“I was so lonely, Nicki.” I was being needy, I know I was. Still, I moved his hair to one side and started placing kisses on his neck.
