I need help with css

Hey guys!

So I’m new to MySpace and CSS and I’ve been trying to edit my page recently. The only thing I’m stuck on how to do I change the colour of font in my ‘about me’ and ‘who I’d like to meet’. Please help. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find anything on it.
