once again,, i feel sad and unmotivated for absolutely no reason
i dont know why this happens at least once every month,, probably undiagnosed mental illness
i dont have the energy to message or talk to anyone,, including friends and family, i dont have the energy to get out of bed and do thing i like to do,, i feel like human trash
i feel that sentiment of "this social media is getting boring" even though ive been here for less than a month,,, i dont know for how long i can keep jumping from social media to other social media, it happened to instagram, then twitter, then tumblr and now myspace,, someday i will run out of social medias to do this
guess i'll isolate myself on purpose more than i already do,, dont talk w anyone and re watch some comfort media like howls moving castle or haikyuu or smth cuz thats the only "coping mechanism" that i know works for me
i guess im just tired?? ?
