Of course, am a nerd, so it should be expected of me to be very tech-savvy and know my way around computers... right?
Unfortunately, no, I actually know nothing about CSS, therefore am a dishonor to the entire nerd community.
Sorry fellas for disappointing you, don't worry, I'll close the door on my way out an I'll make sure everyone knows how much of a poser I am.
Best regards:
-An average (poser) nerd.
P.D: don't worry mates, I'm just gonna learn CSS, no biggie, you'll see me make the best page in no time!
1 commentI regularly watch AVGN and one day I saw his video on Chex Quest, a 1996 FAMILY FIRENDLY FPS game for MS-DOS that was based on Doom from 1993. I, being the '93 Doom enjoyer that I am, decided to head over to https://www.myabandonware.com/ (great site, has lots of great retro games) and found the game, downloaded it, played it on DosBox and... it actually is pretty good.
Chex Quest is a fun experience, the game's pretty short and not too hard but its creativity is inmense, the enemies, the music, the weapon reskins, the characters. Everything is so colorful and wacky.
If you liked Doom then you might as well enjoy this game, don't expect it to be as good as Doom, because it feels more like a Doom mod.
Even though this game was an advertising tactic from General Mills to increase Chex cereal's sales, some real love was put into the development of the game, just to quote James Rolfe: it's a game first, an ad second.
