about my cats

my cats, and their personalities ☺

Petal ♥

petal is quiet and very soft and cute. and small
she cant meow she only squeaks, not sure why. it is very rare and cute when she do

she is the youngest and is very friendly loves humans and seems to be ok with lots of cuddles and being picked up (for a short time)
some times she decides to run through my house as fast as she can i dont know why

she is quite playful, rosie is her mummy so they play together all the time and petal is very cheeky towards her .
shes abit nervous of flossie and she like to sniff poppys tail which annoys her

https://i.imgur.com/CIsFLUW.jpg
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNjjGifxv24

Rosie ♥

rosies abit crazy but very nice.
she is fluffy and cuddly,

she hates being picked up lots but some times when she is calm she will be happy and ok with cuddles
she has only 1 ear
hidden text here you can highlight but dont read if it might make you sad :

she had a meany owner before so she is less happy to be stroked so often. that owner left her alone in a garden and her ear got bitten by a fox :'(

sometimes she goes mad and chases petal (her child) ,
but she is a nice mummy to petal (exept for her random crazy moments)
she just tries to be calm around the other cats and never starts arguments

https://i.imgur.com/N51dh8U.jpg
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNBkKRB8vvA

Flossie ♥

flossy very calm and fat.
i have meow conversations with her (we take turns meowing)
she likes to sleep in small places where she doesnt fit
for some reason she tries to eat plants

shes just very calm and chilled,
she is too fat to be picked up and is ok with strokes and cuddles

with the other cats she is just calm too. she will do a little growl if they are being annoying so none of the other cats bother her.
But she will be often happy sitting near to petal and rosie,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhKKUXhRI2o

Poppy ♥

poppys very friendly but only to people not other cats
she often sleeps in my room which makes me happy ☺ she visits almost every day now. including now

she stays outside most of the time away from people but when she comes home she is the friendliest and likes lots of strokes and licks
but she does not want to be picked up at all!!!!!!

with the other cats she hates them all
she some times is fine with flossie (her sister)
but ever since petal and rosie were here she stays out of view and avoids the others which i can understand because petal is very annoying to her

dwarf planets (updated blog)

? =considered dwarf planet by most people but not proven
??? =probably not a dwarf planet but there are reasons it could be
IAU =International Astronomical Union, a group that try to standardise definitons and names of objects. only 5 objects are confirmed so far their definition for a dwarf planet is:

  • must orbit sun
  • must be hydrostatic equilibrium (rounded)
  • must not clear orbit path of other objects
TNO =Trans Neptunian Object (orbits further from sun than neptune)
R🜨 =measurement of length compared to earth. Earth is R🜨=1 Moon is R🜨=0.2727

    Ceres R🜨=0.0742

    https://i.imgur.com/C1bE53o.jpg
Named dwarf planet by IAU. it is located in the asteroid belt the first discovered in 1801. was thought to be a planet then an asteroid now a dwarf planet. only confirmed dwarf planet which is not a TNO. visited in March 2015.
it might of had a subsurface water ocean in the past. it might have stable liquid water hidden in dark craters too.

    Hygeia???

not confirmed, theres some evidence from 2019 the asteroid is in hydrostatic equilibrium which would make it dwarf planet, even though Vesta and Pallas are bigger asteroids so it wold be silly.

    Pluto R🜨=0.186

    https://i.imgur.com/EyzYeWn.jpg
Named dwarf planet by IAU. discovered in 1930 it is a TNO and was also thought to be a planet, it is the biggest known.
visited in July 2015, it has a heart made of flat surface ice caused by melting from collision or volcanoes. There is red material called tholins, it also has a small atmosphere of nitrogen
it has 5 moons all small except charon
    https://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/pluto.png

    Charon??? R🜨=0.0951

    https://i.imgur.com/HMMcSjd.jpg
not confirmed, discovered orbiting pluto in 1978, which reduced the believed size of pluto.is classified as a moon. but it affects pluto so much that the centre of mass is outside plutos surface so the IAU said it might be reclassified in the future as a dwarf planet in binary system.
    https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/60/Animation_of_moons_of_Pluto_-_Front_view.gif

    Eris R🜨=0.1825

    https://i.imgur.com/X2DGk6C.jpg
Named dwarf planet by IAU. discovered in 2005 its first size estimate made it bigger than pluto but now it is thought as a similar size. its discovery made the current definition of dwarf planet,
it is more white than pluto because of methane ice.
it has a small moon Dysnomia
the picture you see is bad and the rest will be because the objects are not visited

Haumea R🜨=0.12 (if it was a sphere)

    https://i.imgur.com/IVEQ43W.png
Named dwarf planet by IAU. discovered in 2004
its fast spinning stretched to an ellipsoid shape.it also has rings,
it has 2 moons Hiʻiaka and Namaka

    Makemake R🜨=0.112

    https://i.imgur.com/Ip5bSh3.jpg
Named dwarf planet by IAU. discovered in 2005
it is probably more red than eris is. it probably has little or no atmosphere
    it has an unnamed moon

    Gonggong? R🜨=0.0983

    https://i.imgur.com/SwQhMR0.jpg
surface similar to quaoar and is one of the reddest despite water ice not snow white possibly methane frost tholins.there is also some methanol on surface. it could have methane exosphere.
it has a slow rotation probably because of its moon Xianglu.

    Quaoar? R🜨=0.0879

    https://i.imgur.com/mJLMkHt.png
surface similar to gonggong but is less red. it could have methane exosphere
it has a moon called Weywot

    Sedna? R🜨=0.0785

    https://i.imgur.com/OqkMEfQ.png
one of the reddest, very long eliptical orbit 11,400 years to complete. closest: 76 AU furthest: 937 AU
its the largest planetoid without any known moon

    Orcus? R🜨=0.0719

    https://i.imgur.com/AF6TfOl.jpg
it orbits very similar to pluto. this is why some people call it the anti pluto
it also has a big moon like pluto called Vanth

    Salacia? R🜨=0.0664

    https://i.imgur.com/QhZXMwq.png
    it orbits similar to pluto
    it has a moon Actaea

there are probably thousands which havent been discovered. some might even be planet size, this list could be bigger in the future

Saturn and its moons

https://i.imgur.com/ro045Hf.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/e9Zgom3.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/8wZNWz4.jpg
Diameter=116,464 km
Saturn is a big gas giant orbiting the sun at a distance of 9.5826 AU (earth is 1 AU)
its the third biggest object in the solar system.
its density 0.687 g/cm³ which is less than water.
my favorite part about this planet is that it has a hexagon pattern at its north pole.
https://i.imgur.com/QLmqeiw.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/MLjYKMY.png

Titan

https://i.imgur.com/aF6IP7d.jpg
D=5,149.46 km
Titan is the only moon in the solar system with a thick atmosphere, its so dense that the surface impossible to see with visible light.
its the only known object other than earth to have surface liquid lakes, made of very cold liquid methane and ethane.
Titan is second biggest moon in the solar system after jupiter's moon Ganymede, these 2 are bigger than Mercury.
there is speculating it could have life using methane or ethane as solvent instead of water
The huygens probe landed here in 2005 with a parachute.

https://i.imgur.com/18jPr7Y.jpg

The Icy moons

Rhea

https://i.imgur.com/5Ly576E.jpg
D=1,527.6km
saturns second biggest moon it is 1 quarter rock, 3 quarter ice (a dirty snowball)
There is some evidence it has a small ring system, the first moon with one, but not enough is known.
it has a very very tiny atmosphere

Iapetus

https://i.imgur.com/dAm7TMn.jpg
D=1,468.6 km
Iapetus has 2 sides with different colours. like a yin yang but spherical
the dark slightly red region is Cassini Regio and it might be created in many ways most likely sublimation of ice:
Dark material absorbs heat better.so ice there will sublimate until it settles in the colder lighter regions, over time this makes one side have more ice than the other.
it has a strange 20km ridge across the equator.
https://i.imgur.com/XBKOSAQ.jpg

Dione

https://i.imgur.com/UWhKFrT.jpg
D=1,122.8 km
it has 'wispy terrain' may be from past volcanic material
two tiny moons share its orbit at Lagrangian points: Helene (leading in front) and Polydeuces (trailing behind)

Tethys

https://i.imgur.com/gvWG6fI.jpg
D=1,062.2km
it has a big crater called odysseus
two tiny moons share its orbit at Lagrangian points: Telesto (leading in front) and Calypso (trailing behind)

Enceladus

https://i.imgur.com/TV6a6Od.jpg
D=504.2km
it is really reflective which makes its surface super bright
its south pole has water geyser plumes which throw snow across the moon and some escapes giving material to Saturns E ring.
Its resonance with dione causes lots of internal heating and it probably has a supsurface ocean at the south pole.
the cassini probe detected organic compounds in the plumes which means the ocean is in contact with the core
this means it likely has hydrothermal vents which would give it all the ingredients for how life might have begin.
https://i.imgur.com/gQBnRmU.jpg

Mimas

https://i.imgur.com/zh0RMzR.jpg
D=396.4km
for some reason it is frozen solid even though its closer to saturn and should have more tidal heating than enceladus.
yes it looks like the death star

Hyperion

https://i.imgur.com/ZUwS9Nq.jpg
D=270.0km
it has a very wierd shape, rotation, orbit and surface.most moons this size are not so irregular.
It is probably like this because it has such a low density .
It looks like a sponge

Other moons and rings

Saturns rings have small moonlets within them as well as 'ring shepherd' moons which create gaps in the rings.it can make waves in the rings
https://i.imgur.com/jkc2T6Z.jpg
The moons Janus D=179.0km and Epimetheus D=116.2km are co-orbital which means they swap orbits because they affect each others speed.
The Alkyonides are three small moons between Mimas and Enceladus: methone, anthe, pallene. Methone is egg shaped
There are 3 groups of irregular moons: the inuit group, gallic group, norse group based off how they orbit.
In the norse group is the biggest irregular moon Phoebe. D=213.0km

css hack

if you go onto old pages you will see people commenting about a Css hack which people will steal your cs. its abit silly not realy a hack but here is what you do:

use inspect element or F12 to open developer tools, click style editor, and one of these things inline style sheet should be the css that was put to edit the profile.

yuo can use it to see how people do things but pleas dont directly steal from people, most people will give you permission as long as you ask and then credit them.(including me !)

BonzyLoftware has a cool 25 minute tutorial with notepad and great music of how to do this also.i listen to this music while i use myspace ☺

links to profile

i just put these here so that when i use web archive with outlinks it saves the profile page too
