I have been struggling with my writing and drawing for so long its like my mind is just gone and i have no clue what to do it’s irritating. Anyone just going through a block this bad?

any one out there this is just unable to sleep all night long even though you want to and really should be asleep and finally fall asleep at like 6/7 and wake up just tired all day but the minute it hits night time all of your energy is back and its just an endless cycle? how the fuck do you fall out of that. I tried going to sleep early but just woke up right now so annoyed. let me know any tips yall got please
