Yes, they updated Discord, but not with new features.

There's no big differences but as I did read, they said it's because of people calling him instead "Discord, Mickey Mouse Pant (what the fuck), or even, Ugly."

In my whole Discord conversation, I have never seen someone calling him ugly, or even Mickey Mouse pants, for some reasons

The logo is okay, it's a bit the same as the old one.
Now it's the text of the logo.

They changed, also, the font.

the original one was called "Uni Sans Heavy", and the new one, "Ginto Nord".

The font Ginto is okay, I would use it, but not on this logo.
I'm thinking that the purpose of this font is for titles and descriptions, not for logos, especially for Discord.
The old font was making the logo, feeling like it was the same style as modern gaming pc's, perhaps making it a bit futuristic, which was really great, and the Ginto font is making it friendly, a bit too friendly(?).

By the way they changed the colors to make it a bit saturated, a bit vibrant.
