i can't give u the sauce. it's actually the back cover of a hentai doujin from the early 90s or so. this was part of the cute sfw stuff. artist is "mami hisakado" though not much details about her online. must be from one of those small artist clubs that independently publish fan comics and sell them at comiket (comic market).
