Yup, i know that miitomo has closed their services so i use a patch that connect miitomo to a non nintendo server
So, yup you can play miitomo

If you want to play it download an 2017 APK and install the "Kaeru Patcher"
Install the patcher and then click on patch, wait, click uninstall and instantly install
and allready you can play during the data download it will say that you will need a kaerutomo account, create it, log in and then close the miitomo and open miitomo again finally just wait.

You can uninstall the patch when all this finish
