Have you eating at all? Even if itβs just a little bit of food thatβs great! If you havenβt really eaten anything then you should eat something small like some cereal or a piece of apple.βΊοΈ
Have you taking a shower today? Itβs alright if you havenβt many people who feel down donβt take a shower cause they feel unmotivated to get up out of bed when you have the time you should just take a sip of water to help to refresh your on the inside and in you can take a shower the next time you feel motivated and or happy/alright. βΊοΈ
Have you gotten up at bed? If you havenβt thatβs 100% find no one has the right to rush you to get out of bed especially when you arenβt doing alright. When you ready to get out of bed then you will. βΊοΈ
