Mental health check in time:

How are you? If your not okay why? what happened to make it not okay? If yes then what made it so you don’t feel down?

Have you eating at all? Even if it’s just a little bit of food that’s great! If you haven’t really eaten anything then you should eat something small like some cereal or a piece of apple.☺️

Have you taking a shower today? It’s alright if you haven’t many people who feel down don’t take a shower cause they feel unmotivated to get up out of bed when you have the time you should just take a sip of water to help to refresh your on the inside and in you can take a shower the next time you feel motivated and or happy/alright. ☺️

Have you gotten up at bed? If you haven’t that’s 100% find no one has the right to rush you to get out of bed especially when you aren’t doing alright. When you ready to get out of bed then you will. ☺️
