these were really good, but for me the dough was sticky and hard to handle. maybe i didn't add enough flour or something.

oh my god i ate like 10 of these in one sitting they were so good. they puffed up really nicely in the pan, and they were fluffy and tasted like honey and literal magic. the ones without filling were kind of dry, but that's to be expected. They were still amazing with or without the filling, though.

these took me forever to make (a whole afternoon!!) since i made the dough from scratch, but it was so worth it. these were so delicious and fun to make as well

i didn't follow the recipe as much for this one. i just used it to get all the timing stuff down since i wasn't sure if i would be able to wing it with a dish i had never done before. the results were soooooo good and i added some shrimp in just for fun. 10/10 would recommend and the recipe is super flexible as well.

this recipe was amazing and super fun to make. it was similar to the mandu, so it was easier since i had experience. it did take a whole afternoon as well though, and I had a lot of extra filling which i ended up putting in omelets afterwards.
