Jaden Desmond: thank you very much for the diy tutorial! i think i'm going to try to broaden my "things that make me happy" range. i do like cooking a lot, and i find it very fun, especially when cooking for other people. but maybe i shouldn't focus on making other people happy when i'm supposed to be making myself happy. i do other things like theatre, singing, drawing, art, playing ukulele, practicing witchcraft, etc. that are fun, but for some reason i tend to get excited by more monotonous
how to not be sad diy tutorial
1) find something you really enjoy, experiment, try new stuff. it can be cooking, art, sports, music, gaming, coding, law, health etc. just find something that makes you want to get up every day
2) do that thing that makes you happy and don't stop unless its you who wants to. as long as what makes you happy doesn't harm anyone else then keep doing it because it's your life and you are gonna be the one at age 89 regrets if you don't.
