One more day!
Alright I'm going to be straight forward. I'm trying to lose weight. I've been at it for a couple of months and it's working but slowly. I started at February 10th I think when I was 55kg. It's now been 3-ish months and I'm at 51.3kg. I guess I'm proud of myself. But I have a slight problem. There was a period of time, maybe 1 week where I hit a wall and stayed 53kg and I got to lose that weight by drastically lowering my calorie intake. It used to be 2100kcal, but I've lowered it to 1100kcal. And now I only lose about 0.1kg a day which kinda sucks and since I'm trying to get to 45kg before the start of June, I don't think it's going to work out. So from my experience I'm thinking I have to lower my calorie intake even more. My whole life I had a big appetite, and living this way I might not be able to hit the goal ://. If I don't lower my intake that would mean I will only be 47.6kg by the start of June.
If you have lost weight please please please help me out here by leaving some tips to make me feel less hungry during the day.
