HELP

so i need a bit of help with css as you can probably see i've done most of the work myself but i can't figure out how to do the cool cursor thing that you guys have i know it has to be something like:
a{
cursor: url("https://www.cursor.cc/cursor3d/58399.png"}, auto;
}

but it doesn't seem to be working properly please help somebody :/
