Are you feeling down? depressed even? feel you aren't worthy? intrusive thoughts?
how to cheer yourself up!!
» go for a walk! get up and do something or just walking around your house
» take a warm bath or cold shower
» get some sunshine
don't want to get up? some other ways,
» drink a cup of tea or any calming drink (ex: milk, apple cider, etc.)
» watch a nostalgic movie or game
» contact someone you can open up to or talk to casually
» change outfits specifically to one you feel pretty/handsome in!
how to handle intrusive thoughts!! (from someone who suffers from them!!)
» label these thoughts as 'intrusive thoughts.'
» remind yourself that these thoughts are automatic and not up to you remember they aren't your fault!!
» accept and allow the thoughts into your mind and don't try to push them away (it will only make it worse!!)
» practice allowing time to pass.
» pause. give yourself time. there is no need to be in a rush.
» Expect the thoughts to come back again
» if the thoughts involve
» continue whatever you were doing prior to the intrusive thought(s) while allowing the anxiety
feel you aren't worthy?
I see many people think they aren't worthy and to change that fact they think they need to lose 10 pounds, control their emotions more, wear nicer clothes, but that isn't the case, because the people who think they aren't worthy never get to stability when their mindset is still the same, ex: I lost 10 pounds, I think I need to lose more.
To change that mindset, remember that if any close family member or friend that you trust has told you that you are worthy stop you need to remember if you trust them and they trust you, they will never lie to you! You are worthy and you are very gorgeous/handsome! And if you ever think about being ugly or acting stupid around someone then correct yourself until the thoughts go away! Everyone loves you! Everyone wishes they could be you!
I hope any of this could or can help in the future! Remember, I love you and you are valid no matter your gender or sexuality!
