u can look at w3school's css tutorials as a starting point! u can also inspect the element if you see something in particular that you like on someone elses page and itll bring up the css for that :o)
so i don't know a lot about css but you can easily search myspace.windows93 themes and edit some
if you go to some people's profiles they have their css on a blog and you can use it / edit it
( obviously credit them but yeah )
i don't really know how to make one completely from scratch though
