help with CSS?
so Ive learnt how to use CSS in the past but for the life of me i cant get my code to work? idk why its not working im pretty upset- how did yall add in the background images or is there some website yall use?

I'm struggling to figure out how to add an image, but to make something move with the screen set

zoey (https://myspace.windows93.net/?id=2951) has added an overlay to images and has a similar computer
