I created this account a while ago and just finished the css, figured I'd make at least one post.
For my css ideas, I really liked the colour scheme of the album cover from Persefone's latest release "Truth Inside The Shades" so I figured I'd use that as the centre piece of the page.

I was pretty happy with it but after adding a song I kind of realised it had a really sad vibe to it which I didn't think really fit me or the contents of the page. I also had a load of issues with readability, having black text on a grey background was awful but it was the only other colour I had other than red and I wanted to keep red for accents, I made the grey a bit lighter and it kinda lost its original appeal but I figured I'd just have to live with it.
Eventually I decided I should switch album cover so I went for "Heavenly Skies" by Crepuscle,
I didn't listen to them too much but the cover had some really nice colours. I switched out some colour variables and I thought the result was pretty good. After that I changed around some textures and added some pretty shapes to some buttons
Everyone on here is super nice so far, and css is always fun so I'm enjoying myself quite alot. If you read this and ever want to chat, check for my discord tag on my page, add me :)
Wow thats really cool!! I might need to go give these albums a listen.
