New OC

Nowadays I would very much like to design a character inspired by abandoned pools, calmness, and the feeling of emptiness. My Pinterest is full of those pictures and I want to design a character based on the feel they give, but I can't think of much ...
I think of disconnected mini stories, I think I'll have to combine them for his past.
I think of a scene: his hand is in his pocket and one foot is slightly raised by the edge of a pool with broken marbles. The water is almost drained, but if he gets into it, it will come up to his ankles. The water of the pool is a pale green but sparkles as the droplets dripping from the broken glass ceiling fall into it.
