i hate the internet

a good 90 percent of the decisions i make are influenced by a glowing piece of glass that can display text on it. my sense of self is completely gone and besides basic bodily functions like sleeping and eating i am almost entirely online at all times.
i am not real anymore, and it feels like i never really was.
