TW!!! self harm advice
how do i cut my wrist without dying idk i just don't wanna die yet lol
my counsellor says i can self harm as long as its safe so yeah

holy shit no, ok so get some hairbands and put it around your wrist. if you ever feel like self harming just pull them and slap your wrist a bit instead of cutting- my therapist told me that but idk if it would help that much, sorry oof.
