OK so basically I made this page to talk about my struggles and use it as something similar to a diary. I'm doing this because a) I'm dramatic b) I want to spread awareness and make people who feel like me feel less alone and c) as a springboard to destigmatise mental health . I will linking helpful sites and add trigger warnings along the way. If you want to speak about your mental illness / struggles you can message me an anonymous submission.
