Phobias

first off, for some context, I have a phobia about looking into mirrors. I always wonder what stares back at me when I am staring into a mirror. It scares me to my core to the point were I avoid mirrors at any cost. my old house had a bathroom were there is a mirror on the door and the door is in front of the mirror. one time I look into the mirror on the door and i swear on my life i saw my reflection in the mirror behind me moved on its own. I GTFO of that room so fast. I think that it was a mind trick but it still scares me to this day.
