CSS Themes

Hi! Im not actually new with MySpace, but i need some help.
I was wonder how i can make my own css theme, there's only one page where is some css socialmedia themes, and i didnt like it at all.
Did someone found a tutorial?? or a blog??
I would be grateful is someone can explain to me.
