LOLL you gonna need to learn the basic words in order to navigate through the codes :>>
if you wanna change the background image you would use:
body{background-image: url("insert the direct link to the image here and keep the quotes around it");}
some people have a link to their css codes (you can look at XxEmo_BitchxX and stocking css codes, there are other profiles who also have different codes) so you can look through them and pick out elements you want/ want to change
